Thank you for choosing PDFlexa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

Free Plan

PDFlexa offers a free plan with no payment required. No refunds apply to the free plan.

Premium Subscriptions

PDFlexa Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, billed through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Premium subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals after the initial 14-day period
  • Partial months or years
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
