How do I find the names of the form fields?

Process the PDF once without any field values. The result message will list all available field names, which you can then use to fill in the correct values on the next run.

What field types are supported?

Text input fields, checkboxes, and dropdown selects are supported. For checkboxes, use "yes", "true", or "1" as the value to check them. Radio buttons and digital signature fields are not currently supported.
